Lamborghini Unveils One-of-a-Kind Revuelto ‘Opera Unica’ in Sardinia
Lamborghini has presented an extraordinary one-off model named the Revuelto ‘Opera Unica’. Designed by the Ad Personam personalization department in collaboration with Lamborghini Centro Stile, this supercar pays homage to the iconic blues and breathtaking seascapes of Sardinia. The exclusive unveiling took place at a luxurious dinner event in Cala di Volpe, set against the vibrant blues of one of Italy’s most renowned holiday destinations.
A Masterpiece of Personalization
Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Lamborghini, remarked, "A unique Lamborghini Opera Unica car celebrates the innovation, creativity, and inherent art found within our super sports cars, which is at the heart of our brand." He continued, highlighting the exceptional customization possibilities clients can explore through the Ad Personam program, enabling the creation of truly personalized Lamborghinis.
Unparalleled Craftsmanship
The creation of the Revuelto ‘Opera Unica’ involved an additional 475 hours of specialist craftsmanship for its exterior paint effects beyond the standard production time. This masterpiece was crafted by meticulously masking the car’s body, using innovative two-tone and three-tone paint fading techniques enhanced by brush painting—symbolic of waves hitting Sardinian cliffs. Additionally, the interior embroidery required 85 hours of craftsmanship to achieve a watery stitching effect unique to the ‘Opera Unica’.
The Beauty in the Details
The exterior features three shades of blue to reflect Sardinia’s stunning seascapes. These include:
- Blu Tawaret: Featured on the front panels and roof.
- Blu Cepheus: Creating a fading effect on the rear panels.
- Blu Okeanos: Adding a deeper fade effect on the bonnet and the front splitter.
These intricate color transitions are accentuated by the darker Nera Bocca paint, shiny carbon splitter, and Shiny Black with Diamond Polished Altanero rims.
Interior Elegance
The interior continues this aesthetic with Blu Delphinus as the main upholstery color, enhanced by lighter Blu Amon on seatbacks, doors, and center console trimming, with contrasting white Bianco Leda stitching. The seats, door panels, tunnel, and roofline showcase a complex three-tone stitching effect, reminiscent of Sardinia’s waters.
Performance Excellence
The Revuelto is the first Lamborghini V12 hybrid plug-in HPEV (High Performance Electrified Vehicle), redefining performance standards with its innovative architecture, superior aerodynamics, and new carbon frame concept. Its powertrain combines a new combustion engine with three electric motors, resulting in an impressive output of 1015 CV, acceleration from 0-100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds, and a top speed exceeding 350 km/h.
