Seattle’s own Peace Vans, renowned for its top-notch restoration and modification of Volkswagen Microbuses, as well as unique electric vehicle conversions of the iconic van, has tabled several customization options for the ID.Buzz. The eagerly awaited ID.Buzz is slated to hit dealerships later this year, but Peace Vans is open for preorders now.

Peace Vans offers three distinctive packages:
- Box: This base package includes a built-in kitchen in place of the third row of seats, making it perfect for day trips and tailgating.
- Sleeper: Expands on the Box by adding a fold-out bed, ideal for overnight stays.
- Camper: The most robust option, featuring both a kitchen and a lounge area that converts into a bed. Note, however, that this involves removing two rows of seats, limiting the ID.Buzz to a two-seater configuration.

The base price for the ID.Buzz is expected to be around $65,000. Each model will be equipped with a 91 kWh battery, promising a driving range of roughly 260 miles. Buyers can choose between a single-motor rear-wheel-drive powertrain clocking in at 282 horsepower and a dual-motor all-wheel-drive version delivering 335 horsepower.
